WOW - over 1000 participants!
We are very excited to say that we have had approximately 1200kids and teens participate in our research! Thank you to everyone who has helped us out so far, and for those of you who haven't made it to the Ontario Science Centre yet, we hope to see you soon! Our study is running every day through the summer until Labour Day, and we are located in the Communications hall.
Our team leaders, who are from The Hospital for Sick Children, include Dr. Russell Schachar, Psychiatrist and Senior Scientist in Neurosciences and Mental Health; Dr. Paul Arnold, Psychiatrist and Scientist-Track Investigator in Genetics and Genomic Biology; and Dr. Jennifer Crosbie, Psychologist and Team Investigator in Neurosciences and Mental Health. The rest of our team is made up of energetic university students. Some have just finished second year, while others have graduated and are starting medical training in the fall.
Team members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including psychology, child development, science, teaching, and biology to name a few!
